The best way to get to Sea Wind Resort from Bangkok Airport is take the express way to "Chonburi", then take "Bypast Highway" and High way 36 until the end of high way 36 in Rayong, then take Sukumvit highway another 4 Kilometers, turn right to Mae Rumphung Beach, very good road all the way form Bangkok and takes only 2 1/2 hours drive.
